Hi, This is Pulkit. I am a graduate student pursuing Masters in Computer Science from Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (École Polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne). I did my B. Tech (Hons.) in Information Technology from Indian Institute Of Information Technology, Allahabad. I am interested in Image Processing, Computer Vision, Machine Learning and Web Technologies.
I am currently working at Signal Processing Laboratory with Xiaowen Dong on “Twitter and we will tell you who you are”.
I am a successful Google Summer of Code Student as a part of which I worked on the development of Image Editor for Fluid.
In 2010, I was awarded the DAAD fellowship by the German Government to work on RERS at TU-Dortmund, Germany.
I was Sun Campus Ambassador for my college from Dec, 2009 to April, 2010 and have been working as OSUM Affiliate Leader since May, 2010.
My other interests are programming (C++, JAVA), playing computer games (AOE, CS) and watching movies.
